To complete your orientation follow the steps below:
1. Watch these two videos (the first video is very large so make sure you have a fast and stable internet connection)
2. Take the quiz below that go along with the videos above. you will need a PDF application to process this form. Adobe acrobat on a desktop, laptop, or mobile works best. DO NOT FILL THE FORM OUT ONLINE. You just download it to complete and submit the quiz.
3. Once you complete the above items you will contact Joe Nash at (502) 442-8942 to schedule your new hire paperwork and drug test. These items must be completed prior to driving a Delta Services LLC vehicle.
